My background includes a Master’s Degree in Linguistics, but for the past 14 years I have focused my communication skills on transforming the patient’s journey alongside A/Prof Brindha Shivalingam. As the first point of contact for our practice, I see how critical the frontline is to a patient’s well-being. Medical challenges can be overwhelming, and my mission is to provide support, clear communication and efficiency to our patients. By uniting leading medical technology, A/Prof Shivalingam’s surgical skills with deeply personalised care experience, I feel that I play a vital role in ensuring that each patient feels heard, valued and cared for.
